Careers
At Capital Tractor, our benefit package is designed with you in mind.
We offer comprehensive options that include:
Health Insurance
All full-time team members have a choice of health plans to fit their needs—plus options for dental and vision insurance as well!
Medical GAP Coverage
Sometimes you might need a little extra coverage. We offer a supplemental gap medical plan that can help pick up the slack with out-of-pocket expenses.
Personal Time Off (PTO)
Working with us isn't the only thing you have going on in your life. Whether it's a big vacation, emergency, or just a personal day, you get it all on January 1st (pro-rated when you're hired)—use it how you need when you need it!
Holiday
We hang the "Sorry, we're closed" sign throughout the year, but your paycheck is open for business with paid holiday time on New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Birthday Time
Everyone should be celebrated on their birthday! We give all team members their birthday off, paid. Have your cake and eat it too!
Short- and Long-Term Disability
Things happen. We get it. That's why we help share the cost of coverage that protects team members and their families from financial harship that may accompany extended periods of time away from work due to injury or illness.
Supplemental Benefits
We all bring different talents to the team—and we have different needs. We're proud to offer a variety of options suited to each team member with coverage for accidents, critical illness, and cancer, plus term-life with employee assistance benefits (legal consulting, counseling, and more)—all at discounted rates.
401(k) Match
We want to hire you to retire you—so we encourage team members to save and plan for retirement on a tax-deferred basis by participating in our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan. We match team member contributions (up to a certain percentage) and provide access to a financial advisor for investment guidance.
Team Member Discounts
Our team members don't just sell it; they use it too! We're happy to provide team members with special pricing on everything we sell.
